Shipping Options
STANDARD MAIL USPS SHIPPING (FREE!!!!) - Delivery within 2-3 Business Days, plus processing time. We process orders within one day!
DOMESTIC EXPEDITED MAIL USPS - Delivery within 1-2 Business Days to most US states & locations, plus processing time.
CANADA EXPRESS MAIL USPS - Delivery within 5-7 Business Days to most Canadian Provinces, plus processing time.
INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS MAIL USPS - Delivery within 5-7 Business Days to most countries, plus processing time.
Processing Times: All items have a processing time of at least 1 business day. However, during holidays and Halloween, processing times may vary between 2-3 business days. Please read carefully item descriptions. We strive to fulfill orders promptly to ensure minimal waiting time for our valued customers.
Order Deadline: If you have a deadline for receiving your order, kindly include a comment during the checkout process. We will do our very best to work with you and expedite your shipment. However, please note that while we strive to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates.
International Shipping Limit: The maximum weight for international shipping is 70 pounds for most countries. If your order exceeds this weight limit, please consider splitting it into multiple shipments or contacting us to explore alternative shipping arrangements.
Business Days: and Delivery Guarantee Business Days are from Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. While we prioritize timely delivery, we cannot guarantee deliveries on Saturdays or specific holidays. Please order in advance.
Shipping and Processing Times: We are currently offering FREE US Standard Shipping (2-3 business days to most states, except CA, which is two days) on all orders. No coupon code is needed. Most items have a 1-2 day processing time, calculated in business days only. Weekends and American holidays are not included. If you place an order on a Business Day after 1 pm, your order will start processing on the next business day.

Delivery Instructions: If you anticipate being unavailable to receive the shipment and would like FedEx/UPS to leave it at your front door, we strongly suggest posting a note on your front door stating so. FedEx can then follow your directives when they see the note. However, please note that we cannot instruct FedEx, UPS, and/or USPS to leave packages for you. You must post a note if you wish to arrange this.
Privacy: For your privacy, please be aware that the return address on your package(s) will state "Musotica" or "Musotica Sales" only. Packages do not bear any logos and are kept private.

Before washing your lingerie, always check the care label for specific instructions. Different fabrics and styles may require different care methods. Pay attention to any temperature restrictions or special washing instructions.
Step 2: Hand Wash or Use a Delicate Cycle
To protect the delicate fabrics and intricate details of your lingerie, it is recommended to hand wash them. Fill a basin or sink with lukewarm water and add a gentle lingerie detergent. Gently agitate the lingerie in the water, ensuring all areas are cleaned. Avoid scrubbing or twisting the fabric, as this can cause damage.
Step 3: Rinse Thoroughly
After washing, rinse your lingerie thoroughly to remove any soap residue. Use cool water and gently squeeze the excess water out. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric, as this can cause stretching or damage.
Step 4: Drying
When it comes to drying your lingerie, avoid using a dryer as the heat can damage the delicate fabrics. Instead, gently squeeze out any excess water and lay the lingerie flat on a clean towel. Roll the towel up, pressing gently to absorb more moisture. Then, reshape the lingerie and lay it flat on a drying rack or clean towel to air dry.
Step 5: Storage
Store your lingerie in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid folding or crushing the garments, as this can cause wrinkles and damage. Consider using lingerie bags or separate compartments to keep items organized and protected.
