Return Policy

Our return policy allows 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, cancellations are not accepted. In limited cases, a store credit may be offered as a courtesy.

Start a Return

To process your return and access store credits, please log in to your account. Create the account with the same email used for your order to view credits and wishlists.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition received.
  • Original packaging and tags must be attached. 
  • Do not place shipping labels directly on product packaging.
  • If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or claim review.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Halloween Costumes & Accessories: Exchanges only until October 15 of the same year. In some cases, store credit may be offered before this date. After October 15, these items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Gift cards and coupon codes that cover an item’s full price.
  • Opened personal items such as G-strings, thongs, pasties, and stockings.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/card issuer.

If your refund is delayed, check with your bank and card issuer. If it still hasn’t appeared after standard processing time, contact us at musoticawear [at] gmail [dot] com.

Partial Refunds

May be granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Sale Items

Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Items purchased with discount coupon codes cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at musoticawear [at] gmail [dot] com.

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued after the return is received.
  • If not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  • If a refund is issued, the cost of any provided return label may be deducted.
  • Exceptions may apply.
  • For items over $50, use a trackable service or shipping insurance.

Returning Outside the US

Musotica does not supply return labels for orders outside the United States. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping. We strongly recommend adding delivery and/or signature confirmation.

You can still obtain your Return Authorization (RA) online; however, it will not generate a prepaid return label. You may use the provided paperwork to return your item(s) through your chosen carrier.
